Courses
We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on CG Shortcuts can be refunded within 14 days from purchase.
If you are unhappy with a course and feel that it doesn’t live up to your expectations, please contact us.
We will refund the full amount paid for the course minus a $5 admin fee and any payment transaction fees incurred.
We follow these refund policies:
- We only allow one refund per customer.
- We DO NOT offer change of mind refunds.
- We DO NOT offer refunds if user has already downloaded assets belonging to the course.
- It is also a requirement that you complete at least 2 lessons to be eligible for a refund.
- We DO NOT offer refunds if you have completed more than 5 lessons or over 25% of the course.
- Downloading any project files or course assets will void refund.
We also offer some of our courses on other platforms including Skillshare and Udemy. We DO NOT offer refunds if you have bought a course on CGShortcuts.com that you already have access to on any other platform or intend to purchase elsewhere.
Note: If a refund is processed, it can take up to 14 business days to appear on the original form of payment.
Memberships
CG Shortcuts offers refunds for annual or lifetime membership payments if you contact us within 7 days after the charge has been processed.
We will refund the full amount paid for the Membership minus a $5 admin fee and any payment transaction fees incurred.
We follow these refund policies:
- We only allow one refund per customer.
- We DO NOT offer change of mind refunds.
- We DO NOT offer refunds for annual or lifetime memberships after 7 days of the charge.
- We DO NOT offer refunds for monthly memberships.
- We DO NOT offer refunds if you have completed more than 5 lessons or over 25% of any membership course.
- Downloading any project files or course assets will void refund.
Note: If a refund is processed, it can take up to 14 business days to appear on the original form of payment.
Digital Downloads
We DO NOT offer refunds on digital downloads including Project Files, Models and Materials.
If you are unhappy with your download we can offer you a replacement download at no extra charge subject to fair use.
