Or you could do the sim on a cube instead, which will fall flat on the floor, then either bake and parent your object to that or use the Mesh deformer to have it follow along.</p>

At least you’ve got the RAM to help keep things stable!</p>

I use Intel Iris Xe Graphics with 32GB DDR4 shared from my 64GB laptop :))))) and its running at 46FPS to 78FPS sometimes with rendering effects and texture it lagggggg lol.</p>

<p>The Nvidia RTX 5090 has 32Gb ram (what a beast!) but is way out of my price range.</p>
<p>5080 16Gb again is pricey at the min.</p>
<p>5070 ti 16Gb is appealing being 16gb but still a little pricey</p>

<p>New.c4d was there. Shortcuts, layouts, settings, plugin.js, databases.</p>

<p>So it was pretty organized. Just backup preference folder. And copy over what you need when done clean installing.</p>

You could just flip the letters within the texture itself as an animated image sequence so as it goes into place the letters are subtly rotated</p>

For example, displacement doesn’t work with vertex maps in Octane.</p>

I haven&#8217;t tested it yet, but I am about to. It looks much less automated. It is not on the Daz page it&#8217;s on github. But it is the official version and updated in Nov 2024</p>

I meant 2025, sorry about that. I did try using it again and it seems like it worked for the most part. I had some other confusions, but I may be able to finish that course.</p>
<p>I am more interested in learning about animation than making still renders, so I hope there is a course that will help me with that after&hellip;</p>
