A bit late to the party.
I can really recommend reading on the redshift forums before doing hardware changes like the GPU, there is alot of threads about GPU’s especially, and driver compatibility.

You got lucky tho, that the support just came out 🙂

The preference folder contained most of what i needed.<div>

New.c4d was there. Shortcuts, layouts, settings, plugin.js, databases.

So it was pretty organized. Just backup preference folder. And copy over what you need when done clean installing.
